Returns

For the safety and satisfaction of our customers, please note that due to the nature of our products (food-grade and cosmetic items), we cannot accept returns or exchanges once the product has been opened, used, or unsealed.

  • All sales are considered final unless the item you receive is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
  • If you believe you have received a faulty or wrong item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our customer service team with your order details and clear photos of the issue.
  • To be eligible for a replacement or refund in such cases, the product must remain unused, in its original packaging, and sealed.

This policy ensures the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and quality for all our customers.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been opened or used.
  • Items not in their original condition.
  • Any item returned more than 10 days after delivery.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company – it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. If you've done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at info@alzahraoil.com.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, contact us at info@alzahraoil.com.

Return Shipping

  • You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
